Shortages & Damaged Goods All shortages and damage claims must be reported to TheSuper.com, Inc. within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. If merchandise is received in damaged boxes or containers, a claim must be filed with the respective freight carrier at time of receipt of the merchandise.
