Defective Merchandise & Returns

We are a small company that thrives on having happy customers. 

All products carry a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with a product, we're not happy! Please contact us!

1. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact Customer Service for an authorization number (RMA): Customer Service

2. Only new or like-new goods that have been invoiced and shipped by TheSuper.com, Inc. within the past thirty (30) days may be returned for a full credit.  Please send goods back prepaid and insured via US Mail or UPS with an RMA number shown on the outside of the box.

3. If merchandise shipped was determined to be defective or shipped in error, TheSuper.com, Inc. will pay for inbound/outbound ground freight for the return, replacement, or correction of the order.

4. PVA Sponge can dry out if a polybag breaks in shipment. The product may stick together when dried out. Simply re-wet or wash according to instructions on the package. A dried out product is NOT defective! This is the nature of PVA sponge. Product Care

5. TheSuper.com, Inc. may elect to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 35% if orders are cancelled or returned for credit. This includes merchandise specifically ordered that must be re-packed, re-bagged, cleaned, or sorted.

6. TheSuper.com, Inc.'s liability for any product failure shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product.


Shortages & Damaged Goods

All shortages and damage claims must be reported to TheSuper.com, Inc. within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. If merchandise is received in damaged boxes or containers, a claim must be filed with the respective freight carrier at time of receipt of the merchandise.
